    1. Introduction

    BuyingWindow Ltd ("BuyingWindow", "we", "our", or "us") provides business intelligence software designed to help organisations identify potential commercial opportunities through analysis of business signals, company activity, professional information, publicly available data, and artificial intelligence-assisted analysis.

    This AI & Business Signals Methodology and Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") explains:

    • how BuyingWindow approaches business signal analysis;
    • the role of artificial intelligence within the Platform;
    • the limitations of Commercial Insights;
    • customer responsibilities when using BuyingWindow outputs.

    This Disclaimer forms part of the BuyingWindow Terms of Service.

    By using BuyingWindow, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations described in this document.

    2. What BuyingWindow Does

    BuyingWindow helps organisations identify businesses that may be experiencing events, changes, or patterns associated with potential commercial relevance.

    Examples may include signals related to:

    • company growth;
    • hiring activity;
    • expansion;
    • technology changes;
    • organisational changes;
    • business developments;
    • market activity;
    • other commercially relevant indicators.

    BuyingWindow analyses available information and presents insights designed to help customers prioritise their commercial activities.

    3. What BuyingWindow Does Not Do

    BuyingWindow does not:

    • predict the future with certainty;
    • determine whether a company will purchase a product or service;
    • guarantee sales opportunities;
    • guarantee customer acquisition;
    • guarantee recruitment outcomes;
    • guarantee investment events;
    • guarantee revenue generation;
    • replace human commercial judgement.

    A Business Signal indicates potential relevance.

    It does not represent confirmed intent, commitment, or future action.

    4. Understanding Business Signals

    4.1 Definition of a Business Signal

    A Business Signal is an observable indicator that may suggest a company is undergoing a change, transition, or activity pattern that could be commercially relevant.

    Signals may be derived from:

    • publicly available information;
    • licensed data sources;
    • third-party APIs;
    • customer-provided information;
    • analytical models.

    4.2 Signals Are Indicators, Not Guarantees

    A Business Signal should be interpreted as:

    "This company displays characteristics associated with a potential commercial opportunity."

    It should not be interpreted as:

    "This company is guaranteed to buy, hire, invest, or engage."

    5. Signal Analysis Methodology

    BuyingWindow may analyse multiple factors when generating Commercial Insights.

    These may include:

    • company information;
    • business events;
    • changes in company activity;
    • professional information;
    • technology indicators;
    • market information;
    • publicly available developments.

    BuyingWindow may combine these inputs using:

    • analytical models;
    • automation;
    • artificial intelligence;
    • statistical techniques.

    The exact methodology may evolve over time as BuyingWindow improves its technology.

    6. Artificial Intelligence Use

    BuyingWindow uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist with certain Platform functions.

    AI may be used for:

    • analysing information;
    • identifying patterns;
    • generating summaries;
    • organising information;
    • assisting with Commercial Insight generation.

    AI systems are probabilistic technologies.

    They may:

    • produce inaccurate outputs;
    • misunderstand context;
    • rely on incomplete information;
    • generate different results over time.

    7. Human Review and Commercial Judgement

    BuyingWindow is designed as a decision-support tool.

    Customers should apply their own:

    • commercial judgement;
    • research;
    • verification processes;
    • professional expertise.

    Customers should independently assess:

    • whether an opportunity is appropriate;
    • whether outreach is suitable;
    • whether engagement is lawful;
    • whether information remains accurate.

    8. No Guarantee of Commercial Outcomes

    BuyingWindow expressly disclaims any guarantee that use of the Platform will result in:

    • sales;
    • meetings;
    • contracts;
    • customers;
    • recruitment placements;
    • investment opportunities;
    • partnerships;
    • revenue growth.

    Commercial outcomes depend on factors outside BuyingWindow's control, including:

    • market conditions;
    • competition;
    • timing;
    • pricing;
    • customer approach;
    • buyer requirements;
    • economic conditions.

    9. Accuracy of Information

    BuyingWindow seeks to provide useful and relevant insights.

    However, information may become inaccurate due to:

    • company changes;
    • outdated public information;
    • third-party data limitations;
    • incomplete sources;
    • changes occurring after data collection.

    BuyingWindow does not warrant that every Commercial Insight will be:

    • accurate;
    • complete;
    • current;
    • suitable for a particular purpose.

    10. Third-Party Data Sources

    BuyingWindow may rely on third-party sources, including:

    • publicly available information;
    • professional platforms;
    • commercial databases;
    • APIs;
    • technology providers.

    BuyingWindow does not control third-party information and cannot guarantee:

    • availability;
    • accuracy;
    • completeness;
    • continued access.

    11. Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for:

    • reviewing Commercial Insights before acting;
    • verifying information independently;
    • complying with applicable laws;
    • ensuring lawful outreach;
    • making final business decisions.

    BuyingWindow is not responsible for decisions made solely or primarily based on Platform outputs.

    12. Prohibited Interpretation of Insights

    Customers must not represent BuyingWindow outputs as:

    • confirmed buying intent;
    • guaranteed opportunities;
    • verified future events;
    • statements made by companies or individuals.

    Customers must not communicate to third parties that:

    "BuyingWindow knows this company will buy."

    Such statements would misrepresent the nature of the Services.

    13. Changes to Methodology

    BuyingWindow continuously improves its technology.

    We may update:

    • analytical approaches;
    • AI models;
    • data sources;
    • scoring methods;
    • Platform functionality.

    Changes may occur without notice where necessary to improve performance, security, or reliability.

    14. Limitation of Reliance

    Commercial Insights are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.

    Customers acknowledge that:

    • they are responsible for evaluating information;
    • they assume responsibility for commercial decisions;
    • BuyingWindow does not provide professional advice.

    15. Intellectual Property

    All rights relating to:
